The annual ASCILITE conference is the main event for anyone interested in the use of learning technologies in higher education. This year’s is hosted by the University of Sydney, 4-7 December. A workshop for those interested in presenting will be held this Wednesday, 13 April, 1-2pm.
The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Reconnecting relationships through technology’. There’s been so much innovation with technology over the past couple of years, if you have some work you’d like to share with an international audience, why not aim for an ASCILITE presentation? Submissions are due 2 July, so here is early notice!
At this workshop you will hear from Danny Liu, University of Sydney, Convener of the 2022 conference, about how the ASCILITE conference works and what you can get out of it. You will also hear from Prue Atkins (Social Work), a first-time ASCILITE presenter in 2021, about her experience successfully submitting and presenting her paper. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers from other La Trobe staff who have presented at past ASCILITE conferences.
